Explanation:
Our rates are based on 2 guests using the property. For each extra guest, whether it be an adult or child, there is a $25 per night fee.
Every stay incurs a cleaning fee of $50.
Note: Requests for single night stays will be considered when spacing between bookings permits where we have a minimum of 2 or 4 nights listed. For single night stays, there is an additional $20 charge on top of the standard rates for season, additional guests and cleaning apply.
A discounted Weekly Tariff will save you $100 off the regular price. (Except for the peak period 13 December until 31st January)
We do not think this property is suitable for toddlers, if you look at the photos you will see why.
Linen – we only supply linen and a doona for the double bed. There are mattresses available for other guests, and pillows, including pillow cases – but you must bring your own sleeping bag. Quality towels are supplied for all guests.
We are NOT PET FRIENDLY due to the amount of wildlife which live on the property.
Camping:
If you have booked the Eco Hut and wish to allow friends or children to set up a tent, please let us know. We can arrange for extra guests to camp-out – bringing all their own camping/caravanning equipment. The cost per extra camper is $10 per guest per night. Of course, no power is provided, as the property is off-the-grid.
